I found over the 30 years of manifesting my reality that it was more likely to happen if I wrote my goals down and clarified what I wanted, in the day, and in my life. It got easier overtime. I’ve tried only ‘thinking’ appreciation of outcomes, and defining wants in my ‘mind’: but this was not as effective as writing them down.
