Meditation – Relaxed Focus
Relaxed Focus is meditation made easy, for the everyday person, who wants a better way of dealing with daily stress. Relaxed focus is your best friend for life, and when done regularly, it will help you connect to that wiser being that is you. It also helps increase intuition: and allows ease of following inner wisdom guidance.
The First time I tried meditation, I was hooked, I didn’t realize how stressed I was, and ever since, I’ve been using this technique for over 30 years; it’s helped me make wise choices; kept me away from dangerous situations; helps me stay focused on tasks; makes me aware of dis-empowering thoughts, people, and situations.
The following video was made for Manifest My Reality and My World View’ – A Guide to Dealing with now; it uses the pages and pictures from the actual books. The video is only about 2 minutes long and once you’ve watched it you’ll quickly get the idea of how to meditate; or as I like to call it ‘relaxed focus’.
The important part of the exercise is to have fun and enjoy doing it. Relaxed Focus should never be forced or done begrudgingly: this defeats the well being purpose.
