Salsa Fitness Lessons

Salsa fitness is a form of exercise through the love of dancing: it uses the salsa steps, moves and turns, as well as the Cha Cha (or triple) step, to create a fun fitness experience. These salsa lessons can be learnt and practiced with friends or by yourself, in the comfort of your own home, at anytime you choose: and then treat yourself afterwards, as rewards are always good for motivation.

The exercise and lessons below are divided into two sections; SalsaFitness lessons, where you will learn the salsa steps moves and turns, and then practice along with the dance videos; ChaFitness lessons, where you’ll learn all the steps used above, which you can also dance along to the videos.
