Health and Fitness can be enjoyable and fun. It doesn’t always have to be a chore.

There is more oxygen intake when we laugh and enjoy our exercise.  Have you every heard of laughter therapy?  Yes, there is such a thing and it has huge healing consequences.

My exercise always involves lots of laughter and fun.  When I’m dancing, I’m smiling constantly and laughing at my mistakes:  I usually don’t realize that I’ve had a 3 hour workout.

I created SalsaFitness classes so other like minded people could enjoy exercise through the love of dancing.

Dancing with a partner is also extremely enjoyable and involves much more laughter: especially if you are dancing with someone who like’s to have fun and who knows how to laugh at mistakes.  I dance Salsa, Rock n Roll and Ballroom, and I’m always surprised when a fit, nimble, friendly 90 year old tells me her age: usually with a big happy smile firmly planted on her youthful looking face.

My Tai Chi Teacher was an 80 year old youthful looking person; free of wrinkles; very patient; and loved to smile.

Effective health and Fitness can be achieved in many different ways as long as you enjoy it: remember the more we laugh the more oxygen is being inhaled, which is great for healing and mental well being
